Contrac All-Weather Blox

Contrac All-Weather Blox

When it comes to dealing with pests (particularly rodents), it can feel like an uphill battle at times. If you don't have access to the right products, fighting any kind of pest is going to be an issue – thankfully, you can count on Commercial Grade poison to help you secure all of the effective pest control products you'll need! Contrac All-Weather Blox Rodenticide is one of the most powerful pest-control products available on the market, as it was created using a blend of both food-grade ingredients and a low amount of wax (to keep those rodents interested!).

This bait is going to stand the test of time and weather also, meaning even a harsh storm isn't going to ruin the effectiveness of Contrac All-Weather Blox. Rodents cannot get enough of this stuff, and secondary poisoning isn't an issue with this product, because the antidote for the main component of poison in this rodenticide is readily available (Vitamin K1). While restrictions are preventing us from selling this product in California, everywhere else in the United States can still benefit from this amazing rodenticide!

To keep your poison away from pets and other animals that it was not meant for, you can use our mouse bait stations (or rat bait stations) to house the product. This will prevent any other animals on the premises (such as your wonderful cats and dogs!) from consuming this harmful poison.

  • Active Ingredient  Bromadiolone 0.005%

  • Ideal Target – Perfect for Norway Rats, Roof Rats, Meadow Voles, and House Mice

  • Used For – Controlling pests in many situations, such as Agricultural/Animal Production Facilities, Warehouses, Food Processing Plants, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential areas

  • Application – We highly recommend that customers' change the bait out every 40 to 60 days if it hasn't already been consumed. Very warm (and cold) temperatures will make the bait go bad quicker, and it's important to apply this product where it cannot be reached by children or domesticated animals. Always use tamper-resistant bait stations when setting up rodenticide blocks!

  • Pet-Friendly – Contrac All-Weather Blox Rodenticide is created using pet-friendly materials, as they use less toxic options to ensure the safety of your pets. Non-target animals aren't going to be at risk when you use this product, and even if they somehow manage to consume some of the poison, you can use the antidote (Vitamin K1) to treat symptoms promptly. Be sure that you're always using tamper-resistant bait stations, and putting them in areas where non-target animals (and children!) can't get to it.

  • Shelf-Life – If the product is left unopened and the seal is intact, you can keep it in storage for 2 to 3 years (as long as there are no extreme temperatures). Once you've opened it, the product will last about a year under normal circumstances.

  • Coverage – Every bait block placed needs to be inside (or within 50 feet) of a building to ensure that non-target animals aren't at immediate risk.

  • Color - Blue

  • Special Features – Multiple edges will catch the rodent's eye, as they'll feel a natural urge to gnaw on the block. The food-grade ingredients will make the poison even more enticing, and there are even trace amounts of paraffin included within to ensure that this bait is hard to resist. The bait holds up incredibly in even the most dreadful weather conditions as well! Avoid poisoning non-target animals and secondary poisoning situations with less toxic ingredients.

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

What's it made out of?

The Contrac All-Weather Block Rodenticide has multiple edges, meaning rodents are going to enjoy nibbling on it for quite some time. There are a lot of areas to chew on, which works perfectly with the mixture of food-grade ingredients and edible wax (low amounts) to create an all-in-one rodent stopping solution. This mixture allows the rodenticide to stand the test of time much easier as well since the weather isn't going to wear it out quickly.

How big is the rodenticide block?

The bait itself is about 1 ounce in size, and you can place it in various bait stations all over your property. It's the perfect size to ensure that rodents won't consider it daunting and will have no trouble nibbling on it. Ideal for fitting into small spaces/crevices where rodents may be hanging out as well! Versatility is important when it comes to selecting the right rodenticide, and it seems as if Contrac has done everything they can to produce a versatile product.

Where do I place the bait?

You would typically place the bait in a rodent bait station, which allows you to pinpoint where the poison is going to operate. Pick out the high-traffic areas of your property and put your bait traps there, as that's going to entice more rodents to eat the poison. If you notice any rodent holes or tunnels on your property, odds are you'll benefit from placing rodent traps around that area. You can use a bait station to house your poison, but some individuals get away with using wire or even nailing the poison down in specific areas.

Is it expensive?

Not only is this a cheap alternative to most other “premium” Rodenticide options, but it's also one that will save you money in the long run. Long-term damage is always a potential when you're dealing with rodent infestations, and that's why using Contrac All-Weather Block Rodenticide should be a top priority for anybody reading this! Structural damage to your home and an abundance of other issues can build up when you choose not to use a reliable Rodenticide solution.
